Chef Darius Johnson
meet your chef
Chef Darius Johnson is the culinary force behind Noelle’s Catering and the forthcoming Sage & Citrus at Camp North End. A Charlotte-based, Black- and Veteran-owned operator, his work is defined by quietly confident cuisine rooted in Southern tradition and refined through classical French technique.
Known for his thoughtful approach to flavor, form, and hospitality, Chef Darius creates dishes that honor culture while embracing modern elegance. His menus are intentional, expressive, and designed to be experienced at an unhurried pace.
